Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and are provided at checkout. Please note these are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

We offer a flat rate shipping fee, with free shipping available on orders over $120.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. It is your responsibility to monitor the tracking information provided.

Delays

While we aim to ensure timely delivery, Avgi is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect shipping details provided at checkout, or events outside of our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@avgipilates.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
