Refund policy
Change of Mind
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used mats.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@avgipilates.com with photos of the issue.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose. If a fault is confirmed, we will cover return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved returns may receive:

or - A refund to the original method of payment
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different colour, please place a new order and return your unopened item in line with this policy.
